Multi-component pentane high pressure foaming machine

The six component (pentane) continuous line PU foaming machine is a polyurethane foaming equipment developed on the basis of absorbing and digesting international advanced technology and according to the actual situation of domestic production. It adopts a six component pentane foaming system.

For polyol (polyether), catalyst 1, catalyst 2, foaming agent and isocyanate, each component is measured separately by frequency converter and flow meter with closed-loop control.

Polyol (polyether) and isocyanate metering pumps are all driven by magnetic coupling and will never leak.

The control system can adjust the ratio at any time according to the production process and actual situation. Siemens man-machine interface, PLC and frequency converter control are adopted to display the working process and status in animation. The process component flow, formula proportion and temperature can be displayed in real time.

The system reserves a signal communication interface with the production line to realize automatic start and stop, fault alarm, prompt and other functions of the whole line. Each metering system automatically changes the output flow instantly.

In the form of secondary mixing, various materials other than isocyanate are mixed, gas premixed and emulsified, and then mixed and poured with isocyanate under high pressure through the high-pressure mixing head.
